Bollington Arts Centre
3rd March 2018
Tickets from 01625 574410 Doors & Bar from 7pm

No strangers to the Arts Centre’s stage, this will be their fifth appearance going back over seven years, and always popular. Originally under the guidance of “Gentleman” Jim McIntosh, they are now led from the back by their energetic drummer “Baby” Jules and with a superb front line featuring Denny Ilett on Trumpet, Karl Hird on reeds and Mike Owen on trombone, this is
entertainment guaranteed.

Baby Jools is a jazz drummer and a specialist in the New Orleans style. He has been playing professionally for seven years all over the UK and Europe. He started to play at the age of six, accompanying his dad’s records. Being great followers of the music, his mother and father took him to all the jazz events they could. At the age of seventeen, he joined the Millennium Eagle Jazz Band, before moving on to Jim McIntosh and the Jazzaholics, Max Collie’s Rhythm Aces and the Sheepwash Playboys. Jools also works as a freelance musician and runs his own band, the Baby Jools All Stars.

Jazz club tickets are £10 available exclusively from 01625 574410. Theatre-style seating, bar with Bollington Best real ale and wine sold by the glass or the bottle.

All profits from this event goes to Bollington Arts Centre.
