Angie’s strong, effortless singing and incredible acoustic guitar playing is accompanied by her band of wonderful musicians.
Steve (Billy)Buckley’s on electric guitar and Lap Steel, Paul Mason on Bass and Tim Franks on Drums.

Described by Bob Harris as “one of Britain’s greatest singer-songwriters”, Angie’s music has been dubbed ‘English Americana’ and whilst she has been compared to Bob Dylan and Joni Mitchell, she is actually like no-one else. When you listen to the depth, scope and sensitivity of her songs, you immediately recognize someone whose singular talent has been nurtured by her own extraordinary travelling life.
Her music ranges from country-rock to bluegrass and rockabilly to simple acoustic country ballads, with a few surprise cover versions thrown into the mix.
Angie’s uncompromising genre-crossing mix of country, blues, rock and folk, served up with equal measures of aggression and tenderness has led the British press to call her the “British Lucinda Williams” and while this is not too far from the mark Angie is very much an original artist pursuing her own musical and lyrical path.
Not to miss.
