Rhythm Time Young Baby Course
Rhythm Time’s Award-Winning Young Baby Course is coming to Bollington Arts Centre this September.
Created especially for newborn babies from birth to around six months, this gentle and nurturing 6-week course uses music, movement and sensory experiences to support babies during an incredible period of early development.
Sessions are designed to support early brain and cognitive development, communication, listening and developing senses, while giving parents and carers precious one-to-one bonding time with their baby.
The course is also a wonderful opportunity for new parents in and around Bollington to get out of the house, meet others with babies at a similar stage and start building their own local support network. An optional class WhatsApp group gives parents the chance to stay connected, make new friends and arrange coffee meet-ups outside the classes too.
Parents will also receive weekly development tips and plenty of ideas for simple activities they can enjoy with their baby at home.
The classes are relaxed, welcoming and designed with newborn life in mind. Babies are welcome to sleep, feed, cry, cuddle or simply take everything in at their own pace. There are no expectations and no previous Rhythm Time experience is needed.
