We have another top notch quintet for your delight with as fine a two piece rhythm section as any in the land. As we have often said, ‘Who needs drums when you have Mark Challinor’s banjo and guitar and Richard Vernon’s bass driving the front line along.
With John Chilton on trumpet, Richard Leach on trombone and Matt Palmer on reeds making up the front line, we are in for an evening of fine traditional jazz.
Sadly Mike Hayler recently passed away but the band will play on in his honour.
